We are excited to announce that Legacy Live is undergoing significant structural and business changes to better position our company for growth and success. Effective immediately, we are State Incorporation and Rebranding from Delaware to Wyoming. This strategic move allows us to take advantage of the numerous benefits Wyoming offers, including greater flexibility in restructuring shares and substantial cost-saving opportunities.
In conjunction with this relocation, we are also making updates to our branding. Our new corporate name will be Legacy Education Solutions Inc. This legal entity name allows us to maintain our connection to Legacy while our actual operating names will change to better reflect our expanded focus and innovative spirit.
We will operate under the following DBA names:
- Legasii
- Legasii Education
Additionally, we are excited to introduce a suite of niche brands beneath Legasii that will provide product offering clarity while enhancing our offerings and market reach:
- LegasiiLab LLC
- LegasiiMarketing LLC
- LegasiiLive LLC
- LegasiiTech LLC
- LegasiiWealth LLC
This transition will not affect Legacy Live’s business operations or cap table. All business activities and shareholder interests will seamlessly transfer to Legacy Education Solutions Inc., a Wyoming corporation. Our commitment to delivering exceptional value and services remains unwavering as we embark on this new chapter.
The board resolution authorizing this move and rebranding was officially made on June 2, 2024. We are confident these changes will strengthen our ability to innovate and serve our stakeholders effectively.
