What type of Live events do you plan to host?

We anticipate four “Breakout to AI Authority” events per year. We have strategically chosen to initiate this event series with four dates (site) to support our faculty partners. These events focus on how AI will transform the real estate investing, trading, entrepreneurship, and biohacking industries. This initiative aims to provide our faculty partners with a competitive edge in their respective fields and also to cater to public entrepreneurs and small businesses. The first year focuses on quality control and effective logistics management. Our controlled approach ensures we perfect our event delivery of this product, meeting high standards and providing valuable insights for future scalability.

We will have many other events presented by Legasii and co-hosted with our faculty partners, two of which are already scheduled and in production (WFI, BTH). 

What are the revenue streams shown in the financial model?

Funnels: We collaborate with top-tier professional education companies to market and sell their digital content courses (sample), ranging in price from $97 to $997. We also extend to high-ticket group coaching programs ($10–$20K), live events ($297–$5,000), and masterminds ($15K–$30K). Legacy Live manages lead generation, fund collection, and customer support, and we typically share net profits equally with our partners.

In-House Product Sales: For our proprietary products like Sendbuzz.io (site). Legasii oversees lead generation and performs demos. Our call center is based in the Philippines, along with sales conversions. (news)

Live Events: Our events are low-cost, ranging from $500 to $1,000 for a comprehensive 3-day real estate event. This 3-day event presents opportunities to enroll in various higher-priced programs, educational classes, and mentorship, costing between $1,500 and $50,000. Legacy Live intends to host events nationwide to minimize costs. 

Virtual Summit Events: We are constructing a virtual studio at our offices in Carlsbad, CA, to host two significant virtual events per year encompassing the five critical areas of AI, real estate, trading, entrepreneurship, and biohacking. We expect these events to attract a global audience. The format will be similar to TED Talks, lasting 2 to 3 days and providing a platform to connect with faculty partners virtually. We offer low-cost entry and VIP upgrades, including bonus content and session recordings. These events will serve as a precursor to larger symposiums, attracting thousands to learn the latest in AI, real estate, trading, entrepreneurship, biohacking, health, and wellness.

Can you explain the process for choosing faculty partners in each of the four segments?

We use a streamlined process to select faculty partners, which includes interviews, reviews of their digital and coaching content, and evaluations of their live event productions and marketing materials to assess growth potential and niche compatibility. Our focus is recruiting educators who have proven successful in selling digital content and managing seven-figure sales funnels. Required contributions from partners include providing content, participating in our podcast shows, speaking at live events, offering products ranging from low to high ticket prices, engaging in revenue sharing, and making an investment in the company. They must also be collaborative and supportive within our ecosystem. We aim to partner with those who can generate high-value and significant revenues. Exceptions are made for new educators who have shown considerable achievements in their fields, identifying them as the next generation of standout talent and education leaders. We recommend a higher investment from these individuals to ensure their success. 

Will you allow non-faculty partners to teach/present at Legasii events?

Speaker opportunities at our events are generally reserved for faculty partners, paying sponsors, and celebrity guests. This approach boosts attendance, ensures high-quality content delivery, and maintains our events’ exclusivity.
