This collaboration, inspired by shared economy models like Airbnb and Uber, is set to revolutionize resource sharing in education.
The partnership’s foundation is laid out in a newly signed Term Sheet (TS), outlining the framework for this transformative venture. The collaboration aims to utilize underused movie theater spaces to host educational programs, events, and workshops, bringing a fresh approach to learning environments.

The scope of collaboration between SNDBX and Legasii includes:
- Event Planning and Management: Utilizing movie theater spaces for live events and educational workshops.
- Technical Setup: SNDBX will handle all gaming and audio-visual setups, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Marketing and Promotion: Both parties will collaborate on marketing efforts to attract diverse participants.
As part of the agreement, Legasii will create and supply educational content, coordinate with faculty and academic partners, and market two subject-matter educational events per day. SNDBX will equip the venues with the necessary technology, oversee logistics, and drive local marketing efforts.
The partnership will begin with a pilot event at CW Theaters in West Melbourne, Florida, in September 2024. This event will feature two sessions, from 1-4 PM and 6-9 PM EST, with Legasii investing in advertising and setup to ensure its success.
